Wedding Checklist - Final Month

• Obtain Marriage License – If you have not done so

• Discuss ceremony service with Officiant

• Go in for final wedding dress fitting

• Practice walking in wedding shoes

• Arrange for return of Groom’s Attire

• Select someone to drop off wedding gown cleaners

• Pick up bride & bridesmaids dresses & accessories

• Pick up all tickets & traveler checks for Honeymoon

• Write toasts for rehearsal dinner & reception

• Final Meetings with all vendors & planner two weeks prior to wedding

• Pay final vendors’ fees

• Have manicure & pedicure (The day before the wedding)

• Prepare tip & payment envelopes for Officiant & Other Vendors

• Confirm that all vendors have the correct start times & delivery times

• Ensure wedding gifts are being logged & send thank-you notes promptly

• Finalize Seating Chart

• Put together overnight bag for wedding night

• Leave copy of Honeymoon Itinerary with someone in case of emergency

• Designate someone to collect wedding gifts brought to reception

• Provide caterer with final head count (7 days prior to wedding)

• Give marriage license & gratuity for officiant to the wedding planner

• Pick up Groom & Groomsmen attire the day before the wedding

• Meet at rehearsal venue with bridal party & Wedding Planner

• Drop off favors, guest book, pen, and all other accessories with Wedding Planner
